Which lens for 700D?

On a budget of £200 at the moment but require a starter lens so I can save up for a real nice one..

I want to do a mix of photography, but quite like landscape.

Should I buy Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS - EF-S for £65 or the Canon EF 28-105mm F3.5-4.5 USM II AF Zoom Lens for £150?

I want a good lens for now that will produce the best quality under £200, but unsure. Not new to cameras in general, but I am to DSLRs.

Thanks for the advice. I went for the kit lens 18-55mm that would have come with my camera (I bought the body only). Figured it'd be best to start there and get used to my DSLR, then realise my limits with the lens and see how much use I get out of it.

In the mean time I'll be saving up for a real quality lens!
