Which lens to keep

I have a Nikon D3100.

I wanted an all round lens so i have just ordered TAMRON 18-200MM

Question is should i keep the original 18-55MM lens which came with the camera or sell it?

Any input welcomed.

really depends on image quality from your new lens wouldnt just sell it yet till you have some comparisons on the 18-55mm of the new lens then compare against your existing lens

True, has anyone had any expereince with Tamron lense compared to the stock lens that comes with the D3100?

Image quality on the kit nikon lens is pretty damn good tbh.

not sure how it would compare to the tamron though.

Personally, I would keep it as a spare.

They are so plentiful the resell value is fairly poor.

Keeping as a spare at least means you have a lens if (god forbid) anything happens to your main lens, or gives you an alternative (cheaper risk) lens if you need to photo anywhere where taking your main lense is a bad idea (e.g. any risk of dust/water/crowded places etc).
