Which Linksys WRT

Theres so many version of the Linksys WRT router model, which is a good one to get? Also do they work with ADSL 2 (02 Broadband) only a 8mb line.

Been hearing great things about the Tomato firmware.

I believe that they are all 'cable' routers i.e. they have Ethernet WAN ports. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Assuming I'm not wrong you'd need a separate ADSL modem (or a suitable ADSL router configured to work as a modem) to use it with your O2 connection.

WRT = Cable Router (no internal ADSL Modem)
WAG = ADSL Modem/Router

Tomato is only for WRT models. I got a good WAG one I'm about to list for sale on here for ADSL. It's a WAG54GS.

The WRT54gls have become the budget options really (best you'll get for 30 quid however ), followed by the WRT160N (mid range) & RT-N16/WNR3500L (the ones you really want, if you're willing to pay that much).
