Which linux app to read/edit RAW files?

I have installed Ubuntu again on a seperate partition and the one thing I cant do in linux is to read the files from my digital camera, are there any programs out there that will read RAW format? More importantly, Fuji's .RAF format.

Cheers for the replies, I have done a bit of Googling and so far the best replacement for what I use at the moment (Lightroom) is either Bibble ($70) or LightZone, which is free on Linux
