Hi all

I've currently got:

Samsung 970 Evo+ 512GB pcie 3.0 - OS
Gigabyte Aorous 2TB pcie 4.0 - games
Sabrent Rocket 1TB pcie 4.0 - docs, photos, music etc

I'm replacing the 1TB Sabrent Rocket with a 2TB version, mostly so I have bit more space for games.

Should I keep the Samsung 970 Evo+ for my boot drive, or switch it for the 1TB Sabrent? My gut feeling is that for all the Sabrent is faster on paper, I won't notice a difference purely as an OS drive.

Have I missed something?

both aorus and rocket are incredible drives. 970 Evo is no slow drive either. keep the 500gb as your OS just make sure your download folder is lcoated on whichever drive has the highest endurance, which i think is the Aorus.

Thanks - hadnt thought about endurance. It looks like the Aorus and Rocket are both 3600TBW, so either should be safe.
