Which M\B and CPU for 24\7 use?

I've got about £400-450 to spend on cpu and m\b. PC will stay on quite a lot sometimes 24\7. Main use is games and video encoding. GPU is currently a 1800XT. What do most people recommend? Thanks in advance.

what ram have you got

my system is on 24/7, i imagine a lot of the guys on here also have their systems on 24/7

The RAM I use is Corsair® 1024Mb TwinX XMS3200XL
