Which machines to sell

Hi, am after some general advice about which machines would have the best resell value, on Ebay for instance. I do a lot of 3D projects and build machines to render, and now everything is done, it's time to lose a machine or 2. All machines have low-end graphics cards as they've only been used for rendering.

So the choices are: 1: 2 x overclocked (4.4GHZ super stable), liquid cooled 5820K machines, 120GB SSD, 16GB memory, ASRock mobo, Phantom 410 case, immaculate condition, approx 1 yr old.

Or,

2: 1 x Dual Xeon E-5 2670 ASRock Rack mobo, 32GB memory, dual liquid coolers, In Win case. Approx 3 weeks old, immaculate condition (This thing is ridiculously fast at rendering!)

dual xeon is worth more so sell that if you don't need the power
