Which Macro lens should I get??

Personally I'd try and get a good deal on a (UK) Sigma 150mm on Ebay (I paid about £330 for mine IIRC), it really is a bloody awesome lens. Of those two I'd go with the Canon due to it having a USM motor and fixed barrel length, and it's not that much more money.

Having decent autofocus can still be useful depending on your technique. For example, I like holding the flash in my left hand, using the AF to get a rough focus then moving backwards and forwards til it's right. I've also had quite a lot of success using continuous autofocus and hitting the shutter when it's in the right spot. Not a method that you'll find anyone teaching but I quite like it!

Has the sigma got a fast AF like the canon?

The Sigma 150 has HSM (the equivalent of Canon's USM) but the Sigma 105 does not. I've not used the 105, but assuming the AF is similar to the Sigma 50mm macro which I have used, will be quite noisy and a little slower.
