Arrgh I'm going round and round in circles trying to decide which Socket 775 board to base my new system on

So I'll ask on here... I really am looking for gaming performance more than anything, price £100-150. I was looking at the RD600 DFI board but its £200+ and from early reviews it doesnt seem to hold much over the 975X apart from in Crossfire and I really cant afford another X1900XT.
Also on another subject I currently have a coolermaster extreme 650w which has 2x12v rails rated at 18A each, would this be enough to run a new C2D setup @ say 3ghz with an X1900XT and 2 HD's?, any advice appreciated.
