o my most recent family PC which was bought from currys has come to its end of life after a number of years and my family is looking to buy a new one. After my success of building my own gaming computer I offered to build one for them. Down below I feel I have put together a good solid computer but the one component I can never decide on is RAM. If you would not mind suggesting which RAM linked below would best suit the computer, and if you have any further suggestions please say so. My family will not be using this computer for gaming or anything like that, most likely word processing and web surfing.

Processor - AMD A8-6600K or AMD A10 7700K

MOBO - MSI A88XM-E35 AMD A88X (Socket FM2+)

PSU - EVGA 500W 80 Plus Bronze

Case - BitFenix Neos ATX Tower White/Red

SSD - Samsung 128GB 850 evo (my family will have a left over 500GB HDD from old computer)

OS - Windows 8.1

RAM - Kingston HyperX Predator 8GB 2133 MHz or Corsair Vengeance Pro Red 8GB 2133 MHz or Corsair Vengeance Pro Silver 8GB 1866 MHz or Kingston HyperX Savage Red 8GB 1866 MHz or Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600MHz (I dont really know much about RAM so always get stuck with which one to pick :/)

Nope, overclocking the ram higher can be touch and go, but reducing the speed is a lot easier.

so what speed will this memory run at? Will there be any compatibility issues I will have to resolve after installing the RAM or will it just work?

You will need to pop into the BIOS and manually setup the speed, voltage and timings, try 2133mhz but worse case settle with 1866mhz.

With Intel you can load the XMP file which will do this for you, but AMD you will need to manually do this - in saying that it may auto setup.
