Which Memory Is Best Out Of These Two

Which memory should I get out of these two;

Crucial 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-4200C4 Dual Channel Kit (CT2KIT12864AA53E) - 533MHz RAM Speed, CAS 5-5-5-15 Timings, 1.8v VDIMM, Lifetime Warranty with Corsair.

Crucial 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-4200C4 Dual Channel Kit (CT2KIT12864AA53E) - 533MHz RAM Speed, CAS 4-4-4-12 Timings, 1.8v VDIMM, Lifetime Warranty with Crucial.

It is for a Core2Duo E6300 and also for a quad core when I upgrade the CPU. Or should I get the higher speed memory cause I might overclock the CPU and memory later.
 
The second one is better. It has tighter timings (the lower the numbers, the tighter the timings. eg: CAS 4-4-4-12 is better than CAS 5-5-5-15.)

You should definitely be looking at getting some faster ram if you want to overclock though. I'd look at getting some cheap PC6400 ram. :)
