2x2Gig of 800mhz Memory.

or 2x1 Gig of 1066mhz memory.

Both options are basically the same price.

2x2gb of 800mhz ram and clock it up. if your using a 64 bit os such as xp64 or vista64 they really benefit from 4gb.

Yeh I would opt for 4GB (2x2). OS's will benifit more of it especially at 800.
