Which memory should I choose?

Hi,

I'm buying the Asus M4A77D and was wondering which RAM would be best, I'd want 4GB and have looked at OCZ Gold Edition and Kingston HyperX, are these the best options? Or should I look at others?

There's nothing really in it between the two - personally i like the Kingston, it's good quality and slutty enough to run effectively in any board.

The OCZ will run at 2.10V at 1066Mhz (standard) this is 0.1V less than the Kingston - however, some Kingston sets will run undervolted at approx 1.9V at 1066MHz. (I suspect the OCZ will have similar history/stories...)

Basically, swings and round abouts - but from personal experience i have found the Kingston to be very tolerant in all the boards i've tried with varying degrees of undervoltage success.
