With regards to the ram, the Kingston kits are fantastic for that price. I nabbed two sets whilst they were on offer before chrimbo. I've found the ram to be just as good as the vengeance set they replaced.
 
I have been running the Kingston without issue, but, As Orwolf mentions remove the links before a mod see's ;)
 
In this price range the Ballistix sport 1600 shouldn't be sniggered at.

I also have a set of 1333 which benched quite high, popped in some Genesis grey @1600 and they were only 1GB/s faster

I've also got a set of Ballistix sport 1600 - I'm sure it'll beat the pair of them but I haven't had time to test :D
 
8gb corsair vengeance 1600 at £32,33 ish if u could find the right place to buy. just make sure ur cpu cooler will not get in the way.
 
Out of those two I'd go with the Kingston kit.

Any reason why the Corsair kit you selected is the 1333MHz one and not the 1600MHz?
