Which memory to upgrade Dell E520?

Hi guys,

I have a dell dimension e520, with intel core 2 duo e4300, and 2x512mb 533mhz ddr2 already installed, I have 2 slots free and want to upgrade to 2gb, would it be best in terms of performance to buy a single 1gb ram stick, or two matched 512 mb sticks. Cheers.

For the current price of 2GB (2x 1GB) sticks, perhaps that's the better choice and flog your existing pair? What's overclocking like on your current RAM?
