Which memory will give better results when overclocking

Hi there.

I am new to overclocking so please keep any responses simple.

I have an ASUS P5QC motherboard with E8500 CPU and 4Gb of Corsair Twin XMS Memory (1066)

I plane to upgrade the memory to corsair XMS 3 DDR3 4Gb (1333)

However having just read up about overclocking it seems (assuming i have understood correctly) that the DDR 2 memory i already have, can allow for more overclocking as the maximum FSB it can go to is 533

Whereas the DDR 3 i plan to use can only go to an FSB of 333.

Based on this, which one would be better to use? Will the increased performance of the DDR3 compensate for the lack of overclocking ability?? or does it not really matter that much??

Thanks in advance

Tom
