Which memory

I am getting a MSI K8N DIAMOND mobo,which is the best ram to get which is good for overclocking on this board.I am looking at 2gb worth.Also the board has 4 slots for memory if i buy 2*1 gig do they go in the first 2 slots or slots of the same colour?

MSi boards are funny - the slot colour/usage sometimes doesn't match the instructions.

Just pop the memory in two slots - if it shows up as Dual Channel during POST, you've hit jackpot. If not, swap one over to a diff colour. Instructions will tell you to use 1&2 or 1&3 likely.

Try looking at G.Skill ZX - they provide good clocking, and are good 'bang for the buck'.

Use the 2 nearest the cpu, that what i am using in mine anyway, lol. Oh and best memory, ocz or gskill.
