Which memory?

I'm wanting to add another 4GB to my PC to make it up to 8GB. Problem is, which one do I get?

Currently got the Corsair;

Memory type DDR3
Module format UDIMM
Manufacturer (ID) Corsair (7F7F9E0000000000)
Size 2048 MBytes
Max bandwidth PC3-10700H (667 MHz)

Does that mean my current ram is the PC3-10666? The memory is currently running at XMP 1600, so would adding the PC3-12800 be ok or would I need to get the same PC3-10666?

I ask this because the 12800 is £10 cheaper...

Found out it's the PC12800, just ordered another 4GB!
