Which memory?

Need some new memory soon, looking to buy two sets of dual channel to have 16Gb of RAM. My processor and motherboard is in signature. Which of these are best to use for me (other suggestions welcome)

Would I be best with lower CAS as I play a lot of FSX?

i have the corsair vengance blue, it is rly gd... just watch out of the height of the heatsinks if u use a air cooling cpu cooler, it wouldnt fit under it

I have a liquid cooler so I am fine for room :P What timings do you use and is it compatible with my processor and motherboard?
