There wont really be much difference in Mini ITX boards as they are all the 1x x16 slot, 2 Dimm slots and a cpu socket. Some come with AC wireless which is really cool, especially if you have one of the new Virgin AC routers (insanely quick if your on the top speed).
But yeah, go with what one suits your build and your wallet!

Was going to suggest the MSI Z97 AC too. I've got one in an ITX case for a secondary system. It's a good board and I'm happy with it but my only complaint is the weird layout for some connectors. For example the USB3 front panel connector is right at the top and the front panel audio, front panel buttons/lights connectors and front panel USB2 connectors are all around the top left by the ATX12V connector.

It's not a major problem but it does mean routing the wiring takes a bit more effort. Also the first ITX case I used (a crap one admittedly) gave me a problem in that the front panel connectors for power LED and power/reset button wouldn't reach to the top left location. Eventually bodged around it by pulling the wires through a different part of the front though.

All in all a good board, just be aware of the odd placement for those things :)

Thanx for the info mate. Sounds fiddly haha ive orded one now so hopefully i can get all the wires to reach and keep it neat :-)
