which mobo for Graphics, Raid, Firewire and Wifi?

I am looking for a new motherboard which features:

Graphics
Raid
Firewire
Wifi

Not bothered if its mATX or ATX, or even the brand

visited a few sites on google but most links ive found are old

yeah you forgot the most inportant part, and the socket is ? sounds like a intel G 45 or a AMD 780G or maybe the 790GX I think has intergrated, is that what your looking for ?
