Which Mobo for i7

I'm finding it hard to justify a £200 Motherboard for my new build. Are there any cheaper options that will fit the following criteria:

I'm not initially looking to overclock.

Not interested in Cross Fire.

Will be going 3X2GB RAM for Tri Channel

Must have SPIDIF out for 5.1 Amp

RAID is important

It would seem OCers no longer sells the Biostar.

Hi mate.

I had added all the parts to the shopping cart for the i7/UD5/6GB Pat etc then hit Checkout and it had gone up by £30. I know TWO changes but I added them when they were at one price so it's seem wrong for the price to go up one click later.

Phoned the shop but they wont budge so have sent a webnote. If they won't budge I'll spend the £700 somewhere else.

Im happy with the UD5 just not happy about the price change when I went to the checkout!
