Which mobo for Q6600 to run XenServer?

Sorry been out of the loop as far as mobos are concerned, had a look around and there seem to be loads of Intel chipsets around.

I need to build a machine to run XenServer on so a CPU that supports VT and 64bit processing is a must. I've chosen the Q6600 but need a decent mobo to plop the CPU into.

So far I've looked at the Asus P45 and Gigabyte P45 mobos, actually looked at the Gigabyte P45 DS3P but that's simply cause I have a P965 DS3P.

Any help would be welcome, price, I'm looking to spend around £100 on the mobo.

Well I've gone for the Asus something or other P45 deluxe, just hope it all works as the company is being a cheapskate and wants to avoid paying 2k each for a couple of servers to do some eval type work on, they're hoping that a decent spec PC will do for an interim period of a month or 2 so that the solution can be tested.
