I'm about to upgrade my system due to a mobo dying and will be getting AMD 5000 BE, new ddr2 ram, and a mobo.....but which one?

I was thinking either the MSI K9A2 CF AMD 790X or Asus M2n-SLi delux. Probably leaning toards the MSI due to it being AM2+. What do you reckon?

I will be running a single 7600gs, bit of gaming and will be overclocking.

People, please help!

I have read really good reviews on the Asus, but can't seem to find any on the MSI.

Is the Asus really that good for overlocking? Is the MSI just as good? Will I regret it if I don't go for AM2+ of the MSI?

Few reasons..... 5000+ BE is a bargain (£80). Runs cool/low power consumption (not that intels aren't). people have had >3.2. I know what I'm doing with regards AMD overclocking and know nowt about intels.
