Which Mobo?

Im planning on getting a E2180 and a Arctic Cooling freezer 7. Which motherboard would you recommend for me to put this chip on? I mostly play games, and I will be doing some overclocking. I dont want to spend too much on a motherboard about £60-£65 too keep my price around £150

Any Ideas?

Also should i get Arctic Cooling MX-2 Thermal Compound, Chill Factor or Silver 5??

MX-2 is meant to be quite good because it 'sets' during use so for the first few uses you are curing it to get it to maximum effectiveness. However there is a reason why AS5 has been the default for years. I guess what I'm saying is that it is difficult to lose when picking between the two.
