Which mobo?

I should be getting my new parts ordered tomorrow, but still not sure on the motherboard

Going to be getting either the X4 955 or 965, depending if I can still get 955 cheap tomorrow. Mobo wise I was looking at either;
Asus M4A785TD-V EVO
Asus M4A79XTD
Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P

Not sure what benefits the more expensive UD4P will actually give me over the cheapo 785TD.

I'd go for the M4A79XTD board personally, unless you're going for a media centre or something with the 785.

Is there any real reason? I'm heading down the 79XTD route, but have no clue on my reasoning
