Which Modem Router?

Hi there, I need some advice to which one of these modem routers to buy, because I am torn between the two, and want to know which is the best one

Netgear DG834N 270Mbps RangeMax NEXT Wireless ADSL2+ Modem/Router

or

Belkin F5D8631UK4A 300Mbps Wireless ADSL2+ Modem/Router

I do need to use a N series because of the range is there any others I should be looking at that might be better than these two?

Same here. Netgear is what i chose everytime.

Netgear, a colleague got the Belkin for me to setup for him and it ranked among the worst I had used. It would not hold wireless connection with his numerous devices and sometimes the wireless would just randomnly disappear. The Netgear he got instead I believe he has never touched since getting it and has worked perfectly for him.

I wouldn't touch Belkin with a wireless bargepole.

looks line its the Netgear then.

Whats the deal with the netgear beeing only 270mps and the Belkin being 300mps?
