Which monitor 22" - 24"

My Dell 23" SP2309W has started making buzzing noises, which looks like a common issue with the monitor. So I'm looking to swap for similar monitor, 22" - 24".

Anyone have any clues, I've been looking at swapping for another Dell to make it quicker, but maybe I go elsewhere if something is much better;

Dell UltraSharp 2209WA 22-inch
Dell S2309W 23"
Dell E248WFP 24"
Dell S2409W 24"

Ye, that's what I was thinking, its IPS and 16:10 (16:9 seemed not optimal for desktop use)
