Which monitor for Blu-ray and Gaming?

Im getting a new PC with a Nvidia GTX480 and will be using it for playing games and watching blu-rays.

Im not sure what screen would be best for the above, I have been looking at these 3 and dont know which is better -

LG W2753VC-PF 27" WIDESCREEN, HDMI/DVI-D FULL HD 1920x1080

LG W2361V-PF 23" WIDESCREEN, HDMI/DVI-D FULL HD 1920x1080

LG W2442PA-BF 24" WIDESCREEN, HDMI/DVI-D FULL HD 1920x1080

or have you got any suggestions that would be good for HD viewing?

Of those three, I would imagine that the 27in one would be the best, however it is also the most expensive. I also can't find and in-depth reviews of this monitor, so I can't comment on how it compares to other monitors of this class. I usually don't recommend a monitor unless I have seen an in-depth review that shows it to be good as the quoted manufacturer specifications are almost worthless for comparing monitors of the same size.

May I first ask, what is your budget for your monitor?

Second, are you determined to go for the GTX 480 graphics card? It is the fastest single GPU card around, but the ATI 5870 is only a bit slower, £100 cheaper and much quieter, cooler and efficient. Here is a review where the GTX 480 is compared to the 5870 and many other cards.

I dont want to go any higher than £300 for a monitor and im still not decided on the GTX480 or the 5870, I cant seem to make my mind up!!

any other monitors other than these LG ones that would be good for games and blu-rays?
