Which monitor is better?

I am deciding to buy a monitor for someone and want to know which is best from these 2

The sml has nicer viewing angles (IPS panel) and more connectivity than the mh, which has a better response time and a book stand option.

So depends on the use of the monitor. I would probably plump for the sml.
