Which Monitor to buy

I have decided to buy a monitor with a high refresh rate to replace my 4K 60Hz Acer CB280HK, I'd like it to be G-Sync compatible and I have about £400-£500

What would you advise?

Monitors are all about compromise, on the plus side you don't need G-Sync anymore for nvidia cards but you're limited to displayport with Freesync / nvidia combo.

How high a refreshrate rate do you want? What resolution? size? display type? VA TN, IPA?

If I turn my G-Sync off I can tell it's off in most games I play...so I would say G-Sync needs to be on
