After days and days of reading reviews, I have got my shortlist of monitors down to two. And would like to hear what everyone thinks of my choice. Its between the "Samsung SM226BW 22" W TFT 2ms" and the "BenQ FP222WH - TFT - 22" - 5ms".
I like to play first person shooters so a fast response rate is crucial. But I like the future proofing of having a HDMI connection with the Benq monitor as I might get a playstation 3 sometime in the future.
My computer is a P3.4, 2 gig ram and a geforce 6800gt. would it be ok with a widscreen monitor, I usualy play my games at 1024x768 resolution.If i get a widescreen do i have to set my resolution to the max of the monitor?
