1920x1200 is more pixels, and so larger screenspace. No reason not to go for that other than that iiyama being a bargain if it's any good, yet to see a review personally.

Damn it, have found another monitor, Ocuk don't stock it unfortunately, 24" LG2486L with LED backlight which means its very eco friendly and low power and apparantly very deep blacks. See it for £244 delivered, anyone have this monitor or know about it?

I did friend and many others but decided on the Samsung with the digital TV and all the extra connections. I felt this one had everything I was looking for and for the money I paid it was an outstanding buy. Thanks again for your comments.:)

My Samsung Syncmaster 2333HD came today and I'm well chuffed. No dead pixels and once setup properly looks fantastic. Off to play Fallout 3 now in 1920 X 1080 goodness.:D
