Which Monitor?

I'm doing my first build and I don't know what monitor to get, the PC will be used for gaming mostly, so I want a big-ish one, and preferably with HD, budget is ideally £130 but I can go abit higher if needed.

I was thinking about this one: Iiyama 22" LCD Monitor but I'm not too sure about it

And is HD better than LED?

Monitors have been 'HD' for years, it just means they have a resolution equal to or higher than 1920x1080 for 'Full HD'.

LED is the type of backlight, again doesn't seem to be making much difference apart from physical depth of the monitor...
