Which monitor

If you like green get the one with the green strip on the bezel (25X), if you like blue get the one with the blue strip on the bezel (25MX). :p

Pretty sure apart from that strip they're the same monitor? HP lists the same panel and spec for both.

There really aren't real HDR monitors, at least without crazy prices.
HDR400 is basically marketing scam.
And instead of having blinding max brightness makers should fix LCD's problems in limited contrast/black, viewing angles and response times...
As in trash that whole LCD garbage taking beating from old CRTs in those areas.

Like I said there aren't any real HDR monitors.
That would need expensive local dimming FALD backlight.
Heck, that would be needed just for correcting deficiencies of LCDs in contrast for improving black.

I just found out about freesync pro and premium pro how will this effect old monitors with freesync2 hdr

Just like what EsaT said about hdr400 monitor because I got one recently, it doesn't add much apart from setting brightness to 100 which hurt my eyes.

Better just ignore hdr400 standard all together. Go for 1440p at 144hz if you have the budget and you will have better experience than 1080p. The two monitors EasT mentioned both have VA panel, they have better color and viewing angle than TN. Also can look at this MSI model but cost bit more.
