Which monitoring solution do you use?

We use a combination of Solarwinds Orion and Compuware Vantage here to monitor component and service availability for our clients.

What do you use?

well put simply, the Lumension product can do it! We're a managed service provider so we use their solutions to sell on.

Also, what sort of information does Citrix CMC actually give you?
