which monopod

I liked the way it doesn't have fiddly knobs
It generally gets ok reviews
For me I see myself having to do lots of adjustments walking around with it so thought this would be handy

Excellent monopod. Easy 1 handed adjustment, I use mine for sports and wildlife and love it.
