which most quiet sub £20 HSF..? (1155)

looking at Arctic Freezer Pro 7 v2 (£20) VS Zalman CNPS5X CPU Cooler (£18)

the Zalman looks like it would do a better job of cooling with the fins coming around side of the fans but dos this increase noise?

noise matters here , we are looking for quietest

we are also getting a 60GB SSD for my dads build (for those who are familiar with it) as ive managed to change things to get it included for under £600 - guna put win7 + FSX Core on the SSD and all FSX Extras on his 160Gb SATAII HDD

so... quiet HSF's

the freezer pro is very quiet, i would say in a case at a few feet you would not hear it at all

I've had a Freezer 7, and it was very quiet. Excellent cooling for the price as well. Can't tell you anything about the Zalman though.

but yes, the freezer pro 7 is VERY budget for a mediocre performance

its only like £3 more but will do a much better job
