I can get both of the below boards for sub £300
If these are both the same price, which would your recommend and why? Or is there a better board for the cost?

I'm wanting to do a build with a 5900x and a 3080 TI however lost on what Motherboard to choose?
Other parts I'm looking at is a Corsair AIO (unsure which), 4x Corsair Vengence or Dominator 3600 and a Samsung Pro 1tb to go in a Corsair 4000x icue case

The X570 tomahawk is a good shout for sub £200 and personally I wouldn't really want to spend more than that on a ryzen board else you might as well go with Intel 12th gen + Z690 and get the superior performance, features, connectivity and a better upgrade path.

also plenty of good B550 motherboards below £200

my own Gigabyte Aorus B550 Pro
MSI B550 Gaming Edge
Asus B550-E Gaming just above 200.
Gigabyte B550 Vision D above 200 but looks awesome in white

All of above are at least as good for CPU and memory (important for 4x sticks) overclocks as the X570 you listed.
