Which movie is this?

I remember watching a trailer fairly recently about humanoid robots which were effectively slaves and were bought off the shelf, they had this glowing light in their neck or temple. At the end of the trailer there were hoards of them mindlessly walking along the pavement with a female one walking the opposite direction.

Sorry about the vagueness.

Any ideas what it is?

Was it the TV series 'Humans'?

I remember this from a few weeks ago also. The humanoid androids on the shelf looked a bit sad. I'm not sure it was a film or a game tho.
