Which network for video call?

I've got a video interview coming up (MS teams in case it makes a difference). Slight issue is that I'm in France so am relying on mobile data.

I've got two networks to pick from:
- 15mb down, 0.8mb up
- 4mb down, 15mb up

Neither is ideal obviously, but which should I go for? I'm guessing the latter is the better all rounder so I'm thinking that's probably my best bet.

Do some test calls using each option. Latency is important here, as well.

I would guess the second option is the better choice.
