Which new card?

I built my PC 2 years ago now and haven't updated anything in it since then. My motherboard is an Asus M3A78-T (790GX Chipset), my CPU is an AMD Phenom II X4 940, I have 4 GB DDR 2 and an XFX Radeon 4870.

I only play Dark Age of Camelot, which isn't massively demanding, but I'd like to try some new games and I know the card won't be up to it. It doesn't have to be the very latest card, just something that will offer a tangible, real world, performance increase.

I'd be quite happy with another Radeon, but I'm willing to consider nVidia as well.

stretch it just an incey bit and get the ocuk refurb gtx570 just over £200, if you can stretch it more than the gtx580 at £289.
