Which new headset?

I've got the Creative Sound Blaster Tactic3D Wraith Wireless headset which have, for a 2nd time, broken at the speaker/screw section. 1st pair lasted 12 months, 2nd pair lasted 12 months.

They were swapped under warranty last time but not sure this time I'll be so lucky as the warranty is only 2 years.

I'm after the following:

Noise Cancelling Earcups
Wireless
Less than £100 (paid 80 for the current ones)
Reliable
Hard wearing

Suggestions please?

I've managed a ghetto mod to fix my current pair, will see how they hold out and will consider these if they break again!
