Hi all, first time post, long time reader etc...

So, I recently bought myself a 1080ti and would like to replace my 10 year old led backlit monitor (1920x1080).

I'm looking for a 144hz 1440p monitor with G-sync Ideally. I've looked at IPS panels, but I'm trying to keep costs down. My budget is as close to £500 as possible although I can stretch to £600 if needs be. My current monitor is 27" and it would seem a bit of a let down to get anything smaller.

I'm going to be using my monitor for games mainly, (RUST, rising storm 2, blackwake, Flight simulators and RTS + city builder games).

Thanks in advance!

Rob

Strangely, I'd actually been looking at the https://www.overclockers.co.uk/asus...en-led-slim-bezel-monitor-blac-mo-099-as.html It's a bit of a stretch but I think I could do it.
My friend has the tn 35" ultrawide tn predator and he loves it but the only problem (for me) is the vertical resolution. I've been under the impression that it's geared towards the FPS market rather than the sim and RTS market (which are games I naturally gravitate towards).

i play all sorts of games on my X34a and love it, i play city skylins and you see more of the map on the sides and you dont lose any thing hight wise
