Which new PC?

Right, next week I will be buying a new PC, I looked on this website and I think this is the best one out there, I was just wondering if some one could help me choose which one to get?
I do play the odd game or two, also, I would like to have a PC that I could then build on, and add new hardware as I get more money

My budget is around 200-260, I already have the windows 7 software CD

what will your PC be used for? gaming, HTPC, video encoding, CAD/CAM work, etc or just general use like emails, youtube, MS word, etc?
