Which Noctua cooler is this?

Please could you help me guys Ive had this on my 1511 for years and cant remember what it is, I think a D15...... but Im moving to a AM4 and need to buy the adapter fixing kit and dont know which kit as I dont know what cooler this is.

I don't think it's a Noctua. I think it's a Thermalright Silverarrow SB-E?
