Which non-tower CPU cooler for up to £30 would be fine for a Ryzen 5 5600X?

A wraith prism will do a sensible job on a 5600x. It can cool hotter chips, and the 5600x is very efficient.

The Wraith is a surprisingly good cooler, had the stock fan with the 5600X keep a friend's CPU below 80C even with some hefty tweaking. It would hold 4.9ghz on all cores and over 5ghz on single core with no temp issues.

From the same site as the Wraith is the excellent Thermalright SI-100 at just under £20 or the Thermalright AXP120-X67 at just under £31. Both should easily beat the Wraith with the SI-100 being the better of the two.
