Which of the 8800gt models is best?

As title really, of the current crop of 8800 gt models, which is best in terms of a: quietness b: overall processing speed including overclockability c: cool runningness! And d: value for money.
Any thoughts from users. I have a early leadtek 8800 gt which i really rate, but i'm in the market for another for a pc i'm doing some upgrade work on at the moment. Was thinking of passing on mine and buying in new!
