Which of the following should I use in my server build?

I have two setups I can use for a home server build I'm starting.

Although the board I got with the above is a Foxconn not MSI

OR

So out of the two, which should I put into the server?

Both bundles were bought for use in work (nothing exciting just office stuff).

Would the quad core of the AMD be of more use than the dual core Intel?

I would think the 4GB AMD bundle vs 8GB Intel probably isn't an issue for serving duties?
