i have been eyeing up the BFG 7900GS for the past couple of weeks, and was going to buy tomorrow, i have just looked on OCUK today and noticed the HIS ATI Radeon X1950 Pro ICEQ 3 TURBO SILENT Heatpipe 256MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) on "this weeks deal" which is only a few pennies more. am i better going with this one over the BFG? i have looked on oms hardware guide and it suggests i will see some fair difference according to the VGA charts. can some one back this up for me? incase im looking at the wrong model and so on, also is there an alternative that any one can see around the same price, im budgeting really £120-£140 tops tbh.

any advice would be cool

I was going to upgrade to a 7900GS as well but after reading numerous rewiews and reading this section of the forum I think the 1950 pro is the better card. In fact mine arrived this morning and I'm just putting it through it's paces.
